We have the pleasure to inform you on the following:  

1. We provide some information about your travel from Athens to Nafpaktos 

Τravelling to the City of Nafpaktos

From Athens to Nafpaktos 

From Athens airport you may take the bus number X93 to the BusStation called "KTEL KIFISOU" . Buses depart almost every half hour. The bus fare is 5 Euros (you can buy the ticket in the airport EXIT). The trip lasts 1 hour.

Buses depart from KTEL KIFISOU Station almost every half hour from 6:00 a.m. to 21:30 p.m., making a stop in the town of Antirrio, which is only 10 Km from Nafpaktos. The bus fare is about 20 Euros (you can buy the ticket at the bus station). The journey from Athens to Antirio lasts about 3 hours. From Antirio to Nafpaktos one can take either the localbus for 1.5 Euros or a taxi for 10-12 Euros.

ATHENS ---> NAYPAKTOS (7:15 and 15:30)

NAFPAKTOS ---> ATHENS (10:00 and 17:00)

ATHENS --->ANTIRRIO (6:00, 9:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 14:45, 15:30, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:30, 21:30)

ANTIRRIO ---> ATHENS (5:00, 7:00, 9:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:30, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00) 

From Patras to Nafpaktos

There is a Bus station in Patras: Norman 5 (near to the port). From this Station buses depart to Nafpaktos almost every two hours from 7:15 a.m. to 20:35 p.m. (07:15, 8:00, 10:15, 13:45, 14:50, 17:15, 20:35). The bus fare is about 5 Euros (you can buy tickets at the Station). The trip lasts 45 minutes. Alternatively, upon your arrival in Patras, you can get a taxi to go to Nafpaktos. One way fare is approximately 35 Euros.

4. Proceedings

A) A special issue of the journal Topology and its Applications will be devoted to the Proceedings of the 2014 International Conference on Topology and its Applications.

Guest editors:

Dimitris Georgiou

Stavros Iliadis

Jan van Mill

The usual standards of Topology and its Applications will be applied.

Instruction for authors: follow the instructions in Topology and its Applications

Each submitted paper should not exceed 20 pages.

B) Also, it will be possible to publish papers in a special volume under the title:

"Selected papers of the 2014 International Conference on Topology and its Applications" which will be edited by the organizers (D.N. Georgiou, S.D. Iliadis, and I.E. Kougias, and A.C. Megaritis).

In this volume the number of pages of the articles is not restricted. Authors with articles in this volume will get a free copy.
